Steve came out and did a great job of explaining all the steps needed and answered all our questions about the work to be done and also the timeline. The crew followed suit and were very professional and efficient with their time and also answered any questions or concerns we had. Thank you Window World for making the process as seamless as possible. Sherman and Julie Kranz

They were very efficient in timing with putting in my windows. The job for both split levels was done by mid-afternoon. They were right on time. Look how we can open the double hung from top down with having animals this is great. Overall great service and quality of product.

I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! The guys who did my windows did a fantastic job! I couldn’t even tell they were in my house because they did a great job of cleaning up inside and outside. The whole process only took about 5 hours and they answered all of my questions! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks for a job well done!

Great experience. We had been planning for the past 30 years to replace windows in our 100-year-old home and really wish we had done it 30 years ago. They were 60% of the competitors price. The crew was very professional did a great job installed six windows in about four and a half hours. Very thorough and prompt on their cleanup and very respectful of the property. The fit and finish was to the best of our expectations. Would highly recommend going through Window World versus any of your big box stores they really do know what they're doing they're very fair on the price and they have a excellent installation crew.

Good service and friendly but I'm not too happy with the windows themselves they have really thick frames and a 3-inch threshold you have to step over on patio doors
